Glaronisia takes its name from the basalt rock islets visible off Pollonia's coast, reachable by the small boat trips that leave from the village front most mornings in season. The hotel itself sits 500 metres from the beach with a spa on site, and the local bus stop being just 10 metres away makes this one of the more transport-friendly bases on the island for travellers without a rental car. Rooms include air conditioning, private bathrooms and free WiFi throughout, with parking also available on site for anyone who does bring a car for the wider island, and a flat-screen TV in every room for quieter evenings in after a day spent out on the water.
