We drove out to see the Catacombs of Milos one afternoon, an unusual and worthwhile detour from the usual beach routine that the kids still talk about. A straightforward, well-placed choice for the village that did everything we asked of it without a single issue.

Being right on the pebble beach meant no walk was needed for a morning swim, just a few steps from the terrace to the water. Pollonia's quieter pace compared to Adamas made the stay feel like a genuine escape rather than a base for running around the island. Worth the premium for the finish alone.
