Every room here has a balcony and catches sun for part of the day, which is more than many buildings this cheap manage on a seafront street. Fifty metres separate the door from Loutraki Beach, so the pebbles, the promenade cafes and the walk towards Casino Loutraki all start within a minute. Rooms keep it simple with air conditioning, a mini fridge, a direct telephone line and a TV, and the small restaurant handles a continental breakfast rather than aiming higher. Public transport links sit close by and Athens International Airport is about an hour away by car, which makes this workable for a short break as well as a week. Pets are allowed and a shuttle service can be arranged.
