Aegean View Studios
Beachfront studios over Lefkos's triple bays
About this hotel
Aegean View Studios sits on the beachfront in Lefkos, the village known locally for its three adjoining bays rather than a single stretch of sand. Sea-view balconies and kitchenettes make self-catering the default, and family rooms extend the studio format to groups larger than a couple. The spa touch is a modest but welcome addition given how few full-service resorts operate on this side of the island. At 33 km from Karpathos Airport, this reads as a proper base for exploring Lefkos's bays rather than a stopover. Guests who value that kind of setting over a resort-scale amenity list tend to rate this property highest, since the location itself does most of the work.

Our take
Families and small groups wanting a self-catering beachfront base across Lefkos's three bays will find Aegean View a solid, practical choice. Given the 33 km distance from the airport, this suits travellers settling in for several days rather than a quick overnight. Anyone wanting a bigger resort with more organised amenities should look elsewhere on the island instead.
- ✓Explore all three of Lefkos's bays, each has a different character
- ✓Stock the kitchenette on arrival, options in the village are limited
- ✓Budget close to an hour for the airport transfer each way
Why we love it
- Beachfront across Lefkos's bays
- Sea-view balconies
- Kitchenette for families
- Spa touch on site
Why guests love itLefkos's three bays turned out to be the real discovery, each a short walk from the studio and each with a different mood, one calmer for younger kids, one better for snorkelling. Cooking most nights in the kitchenette kept things simple given the distance from anywhere else. Worth the long transfer from the airport. Small details like that ended up mattering more than the room itself by the end of the stay.
