Our take
I would recommend Havania Apartments to families who want kitchenettes and balconies in Agios Nikolaos, plus a pool with a view, a garden and a restaurant and bar on the property. Free WiFi and air conditioning cover the basics. I would choose it for pool days and flexible meals rather than for a location chosen purely for the sea.
