Hotel Christina sits in the centre of Skiathos Town, close enough to the port, roughly 300 metres, that ferry departures never feel like a rushed morning. Rooms are simply decorated with wooden furnishings and tiled floors, a fridge and cable TV in each, and some balconies open directly onto Aegean Sea views. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer as standard. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets sit within a short walk, and Megali Ammos beach lies roughly 1.5 kilometres away, with the airport a further two kilometres beyond that. Common areas stay simple rather than elaborate, in keeping with the size of the property. None of this is flashy, but it covers what a short island stay actually needs.
